  • WRONG INFORMATION SUBMITTED 

Please contact us ASAP viahello@xxx.com and attach the correct information that needs to be modified. 

If the order has not been shipped, we will change it to the correct information and notify you by email. 

If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes to the information; If you need to change your order, you will need to pay shipping to send the incorrect items back to us. We then can get the right items to you once we receive the original package. 

  • DONNOT LIKE THE ITEMS

If the items are new and original, there will be a full refund(not included the shipping cost). 

If the items has lightly used, there will charge 3 dollars usage fees and refund the else (not included the shipping cost). 

Individual components for bundles may not be returned, the entire bundle must be returned in order to qualify for a refund.

If the returns received exceed 60 days (base on the time of apply return), no refund will be issued. However, the amount of the order can be converted into membership points, which can be used for the next purchase.

  • DAMAGE ITEMS

If you receive a product you believe is damaged or defective, please send an email to hello@xxx.com with any photos showing the damage and your order number. We will be happy to offer you a replacement product.

EXCHANGES

If you ordered the incorrect item, please return the unwanted item and re-order through our website.
